SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors consultant who has done 3+ full life cycle implementations in one or more SuccessFactors modules. The candidate will be required to have very strong experience in both workforce Analytics and Workforce planning. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality, and to manage configuration workshops, either alone or supported by a Veritas Prime Solution Lead. The candidate is able to translate functional requirements to technical specifications.
The candidate has a good understanding of the functional HR processes which fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise and is able to discuss the functional level requirements and best practices with the client.
Preferably Candidates have associate certifications in one or more SuccessFactors Modules.
We require candidates to 'hit the ground running' on current implementations and many future opportunities. Due to travel demands for the role, candidates will be based in the UK but are required to be flexible to travel within the UK and to Europe.

Job Responsibilities 

Give functional and technical advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design
Strong experience in both workforce Analytics and Workforce planning
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
Engage in design workshops with the client
Share knowledge and content with Junior consultants
Design and build technically sound HR Analytics solutions for our clients.
Provide functional and technical training to clients and administrators

Do you have what we're looking for? 

Minimum 2 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors
Strong functional knowledge of the system
Has experience with minimum of 3 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors modules
Candidates must have an associate certification in their respective areas. Professional certification is a plus
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience in developing and cultivating relationships which support our company's customer for life approach
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to travel up to 80%
Good understanding of HR and industry-specific business processes
Must possess good communication skills and be able to present and manage workshops
