Business Development Internship

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to start a career in Sales. As a Business Development Intern for Veritas Prime, you will be collaborating with the Veritas Prime Sales team to develop leads and opportunities to support our growth objectives. As part of this, you will be assisting in the set up and execution of demand generation campaigns, which will involve market research, prospecting, social selling and cold outreach. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn about HR Technology, Cloud Software and other aspects of Sales beyond Business Development. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and make this role their own. Following a successful internship, this role has the potential to be extended into a full-time offer.

Job Responsibilities 

● Prospect into strategic business accounts via phone, email and social strategies
● Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
● Maintain and organise target accounts
● Determine the prospect's interest and “fit” for SAP SuccessFactors solutions
● Drive sales growth and pipeline by scheduling discovery meetings for Sales Manager
● Maintain a high level of outbound activities (Email, Phone, Social) each week

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Compensation)

Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors consultant who has done 2+ full life cycle implementations in the areas of Compensation. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality and to manage configuration workshops, either alone or supported by a Veritas Prime Solution Lead. The candidate has a good understanding of the functional HR processes which fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise and is able to discuss functional level requirements and best practices with the client. Preferably Candidates have associate certifications in modules other than Compensation. We require candidates to 'hit the ground running' on current implementations and many future opportunities. Due to travel demands for the role, candidates will be based in the UK but are required to be flexible to travel within the UK and to Europe once travel restrictions are lifted. We offer an excellent basic salary with benefits (dependent on skills and experience).

Job Responsibilities 

● Give functional and technical advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design
● Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
● Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
● Engage in design workshops with the client
● Share knowledge and content with Junior consultants
● Provide functional and technical training to clients and administrators

Do you have what we're looking for? 

● Minimum 3 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors Compensation
● Strong functional knowledge of the system
● Has experience with minimum of 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Compensation
● Candidates must have an associate certification in their respective areas. Professional certification is a plus
● Candidates preferably have associate certifications in modules other than Compensation
● Experience in developing and cultivating relationships which supports our company's customer for life approach
● Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to travel up to 80% once normal travel circumstances resume
● Good understanding of HR and industry specific business processes
● Must possess good communication skills and be able to present and manage workshops
