HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Provide a wide range of HR leadership, support, and advice with a focus on workforce development and engagement. The HRBP plays a key role in the success of Veritas Prime by offering guidance on professional development, recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leadership.

Job Responsibilities 

Act as a consultant on human resources management and organisational changes
Work closely with leadership, business units, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Ability to engage, coach, support, and motivate multiple direct reports to improve performance and identify opportunities for professional development
Identify professional development needs for teams and individuals
Provide opportunities and guidance that enable the transfer of learning into effective practice for employees
Use coaching methods that provide an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and provides constructive feedback on performance.
Assess the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees against the competencies and behaviors that apply to their role in order to create individual development plans
Provide high-quality advice and service on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Provide HR policy guidance; identify ways to improve policies and procedures; suggest new HR strategies
Prepare Contracts, documentation, and Training Materials

Do you have what we're looking for? 

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
5+ years experience in HR and/or talent/workforce development

SuccessFactors Support Manager

Job Summary

The Veritas Prime Support Manager will support clients of Veritas Prime to get the best of their
support contract though the HelpMyCloud support model. Preferably, the candidate has a good
understanding of SAP on-premise solutions and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate will
have the ability to manage and maintain support relationships with customers. The candidate will be
able to manage multiple clients and ensure that all SLAs are being adhered to by the consultants and
provide reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Certification in SuccessFactors modules would
be a plus. We require candidates to 'hit the ground running' on managing Veritas Primes support offering HelpMyCloud.

Job Responsibilities 

Overall management of Veritas Prime’s HelpMyCloud support model for the European practice
Customer Service Manager for Veritas Primes Support clients
Management and triage of support tickets
SLA tracking
Reporting and analysis of support tickets for customers and internal leadership
Resource management of consultants to work on support tickets
Documentation and guide creation for clients and internal team members

SuccessFactors Project Manager

Job Summary

The Veritas Prime Project Manager will support clients of Veritas Prime through the implementation
process of SAP SuccessFactors. Preferably, the candidate has a good understanding of SAP on-
premise solutions and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate will have the ability to manage
multiple project and maintain relationships with customers. The candidate will be able to manage
multiple clients, ensure that resources are delivering and budgets are on track. Certification in a
project management methodology would be a requirement.
We require candidates to 'hit the ground running' on managing Veritas Primes upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities 

Management of European SuccessFactors Projects for Veritas Prime
Management and tracking of project budgets
Management of resources and resource management
Input in to the evolving development of the project management Office for Veritas Prime

The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality, and to manage configuration workshops, either alone or supported by a Veritas Prime Solution Lead. The candidate has a good understanding of the functional HR processes which fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise and is able to discuss functional level requirements and best practices with the client.

Job Responsibilities 

Give functional and technical advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
Engage in design workshops with the client
Share knowledge and content with Junior consultants
Provide functional and technical training to clients and administrators

Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors Lead who has done 4+ full life cycle implementations in Employee Central SuccessFactors module, with strong experience in Time off. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality, and to lead solution design workshops. The candidate has good understanding of the functional HR processes which fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise, and is able to discuss on a functional level requirements and best practices with the client.

Job Responsibilities 

Give functional and technical advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design
Provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
Lead design workshops with the client
Manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design
Lead teams of junior and senior consultants

Do you have what we're looking for? 

Minimum 4+ years consulting and hands-on experience in multiple Full Life Cycles in the area of Employee Central and Preferably in another SuccessFactors Module. From planning to configuration through go-live.
Strong functional knowledge of the system
Candidates preferably have a professional certification in EC and one more SuccessFactors module. Associate certification with an excellent display of knowledge can also suffice.
Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our company's customer for life approach

Global project experience
