If your new to the SAP World, our graduate Scheme offers you the perfect introduction along with experience and qualifications to hit the ground running and take your next step in your SAP career.

Veritas Prime provides a one-year graduate training program for aspiring consultants that consists of:​

An 8-week training program that will certify you as an official SAP Associate Consultant straight from the start of your employment.​

A second, specialized certification in one other functional module of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. compensation management, performance and goal management, learning management, recruitment or on-boarding, Workforce Analytics)

Separate functional courses on HR Technology, project management, consulting skills, and functional deep-dives in various HR subjects​

After a successful first year we strive to promote you to the function of Prime Member, where you will directly engage with our clients, supported by our senior staff. Prime Associate Member (Graduate Program)

The predominant role of a Prime Associate Member is to achieve certification and learn from more senior consultants. Prime Associate Members work under the direct supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager. Prime Associate Members will participate in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies. They focus on application and process-specific solution consulting for SAP SuccessFactors. Upon successful completion of the 8-week graduate program, the Prime Associate Member will begin to engage in the support of projects at various different stages. Examples may include the support of escalated projects, feasibility studies/solution reviews, and the support of pre-sales activities.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level 

  • Recent Graduate with a 2:1 or above at degree level

  • A degree in one of the following preferred (not essential) in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Strong communication skills    

  • A real drive for self-learning and development

  • Enthusiasm in building relationships with clients  

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
