Key Functionality for Professional Services
As part of RunPrimeNow, we've packaged the key functionality, which we know is vital for your success as an organisation. Ultimately, your most valuable asset is your employees. With the RunPrimeNow core package, track the skills, competencies, qualifications, education, expertise, languages, and experience of your employees through the use of Talent Profiles so you can put the right people on the right client assignments. In addition, track and report on Accreditations, Qualifications, and Certifications of your employees and set reminders for key dates, such as expiration and renewals. We know the concept of Secondments and Global Assignments can be challenging, but this can all be seamlessly managed within Employee Central.
Reporting & Dashboards
We realise the importance of not just delivering a quality HR system, but also providing HR, Managers, and Leadership with the relevant tools to both surface and share data. We have developed and pre-built our own custom Dashboards to allow better reporting and metrics in real-time from SAP SuccessFactors without the need for additional licenses. Our Employee Central Dashboard is included as standard within the RunPrimeNow for Professional Services package.
